Serbuk Kari Daging / Meat Curry Powder

Cooking Method:

  • Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumiskan campuran A selama setengah minit.
    Heat oil in pan and fry mixture A for 30 seconds.
  • Masukkan campuran B dan goreng  sehingga bau wangi.
    Add mixture B and fry till fragrant.
  • Kemudian masukkan daging, air dan  garam secukup rasa untuk di masak selama 10 minit.
    Then add meat, water and salt to taste and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Selepas itu, masukkan Serbuk Kari Daging AKS, ubi kentang dan tomato. Masak selama 15 minit sehingga ayam menjadi empuk. Hiaskan dengan cili dan bawang goreng dan hidangkan dengan panas.
    After that, add AKS NIVAAS meat curry powder, potatoes, coconut milk and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes till meat is tender. Finally garnish with fried onions and green chillies. Serve hot
