Cooking Method:

  • Put the MS Atta Flour, margarine or ghee in a tray
  • Add the warm water gradually and mix to form a dough.
  • Leave the dough for few minutes.
  • Place the dough in the tray and cover it with a damp cloth and leave for •or 1/2 hour.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and roll out thinly on a floured board.
  • Heat the frying pan or griddle until hot and cook the chapathis each at a time, turn them occasionally.
  • While cooking pour a bit of oil or ghee on top of chapati for better taste.
  • Suggestion is to try this receipe at home and enjoy soft and hot chapati for dinner or lunch with AKS Chicken, Fish, Dhall and Kurma Curries.
