Kerala Fish Curry - Traditional Malabari Dish

Ingredients:

Tamarind - lemon-sized 🍋

Cooking Oil - 3 tablespoons 🥄

Grated Coconut - 100g 🥥

Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon 🌱

Fenugreek Seeds - 1 teaspoon 🌿

Salt - to taste 🧂

AKS Fish Curry Powder - 3 tablespoons 🐟

Shallots - 5 pieces 🧅

Tomato - 1 piece 🍅

Green Chili - 2 pieces 🌶️

Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs 🍃

Fish - 1kg 🐟

Preparation:

1. Mix 3 tablespoons of AKS Fish Curry Powder with grated coconut, tomato, shallots, and sliced green chilies in a bowl. Stir in 1500ml of water, tamarind juice, and salt to taste.

2. Heat a pan and fry the fenugreek seeds until golden brown. Then, grind the fenugreek seeds into a powder.

3. Heat oil and add mustard seeds until they splutter. Then, add fenugreek powder and curry leaves to the spice mixture. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

4. Next, add the fish and let it cook for 10 minutes.

5. Finally, add the ground fenugreek powder. Ready to serve. Enjoy! 🍽️
