Ingredients:

- Onions - 5 pieces

- Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs

- Cilantro - 2 sprigs

- Dried Chilies - 5 pieces

- Lamb Meat - 1/2 kg

- AKS Turmeric Powder - 2 teaspoons

- AKS Meat Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon

- AKS Chili Powder - 1 tablespoon

- Salt - to taste

- Cooking Oil - 5 tablespoons

- Garlic & Ginger - minced

- Cloves - 5 pieces

- Cardamom Pods - 3 pieces

- Cinnamon Stick - 3 inches

- Star Anise - 1 piece

- Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon

- Water - 1000ml

Preparation:

1. Marinate the lamb with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of AKS turmeric powder, and minced garlic & ginger. Cook for 30 minutes until tender.

2. Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Add the mixed spices, dried chilies, cilantro, curry leaves, and onions. Cook for 2 minutes.

3. Add minced garlic & ginger along with the tender lamb and the boiling water. Season with salt. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

4. Add AKS meat curry powder, AKS chili powder, and onions. Mix well for 10 minutes.

5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cilantro. Stir well. Ready to be served.
