This renowned dish is beloved among Malay and Indian communities. Lamb Kurma pairs perfectly with steamed rice, fragrant coconut rice, or flavorful biryani. Try this recipe with your loved ones for a delightful culinary adventure. 

Recipe:

✅ Bay Leaves - 1 leaf

✅ Coriander Leaves - 3 sprigs

✅ Minced Garlic & Ginger

✅ Ghee - 2 tablespoons

✅ Yogurt - 1 tablespoon

✅ Salt - to taste

✅ Water

✅ Onions - 2 pieces

✅ Tomato - 1 piece

✅ Red Chili - 1 piece

✅ Green Chili - 1 piece

✅ Red Radish - 1 piece

✅ Potatoes - 2 pieces

✅ Lamb Meat - 1/2 kg

✅ AKS Kurma Powder - 80g

✅ AKS Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon

Cooking Instructions:

👉 Marinate the lamb with salt, AKS turmeric powder, and minced garlic & ginger. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.

👉 Heat a pan and add ghee with mixed spices, bay leaves, and onions. Stir until fragrant.

👉 Add AKS kurma powder and stir well for 5 minutes.

👉 Add the simmered lamb with boiling water, potatoes, red radish, minced garlic & ginger, and water. Cook for 15 minutes.

👉 Next, add coriander leaves, tomato, red chili, green chili, yogurt, and salt to taste. Cook for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
